Furry Tails Pet Sitting is licensed in MO and insured
through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC. We provide personalized service, and
your
sitter will communicate with you directly and provide updates while you are
away. Because we are small, availability is sometimes limited. For boarding,
we only take a few dogs at a time, but your dog will receive lots of attention
and become part of our family while you are away.
Owner and primary pet sitter is Ange, who has a dog and two cats
and has been pet sitting since the late 90's. She first started caring for
small dogs in her home as a way to give her only dog a chance to socialize with
other dogs and have some company. Visiting dogs quickly become part of the
family. Clients often say their dogs get excited as they pull up to the
house on a return visit. She began pet sitting in clients' homes to serve
those with cats once the kids were school-aged.
Assisting with pet sitting occasionally is Berta, who currently
has cats. She has also had dogs, hamsters, mice, chickens, and fish over
the years. She is a school teacher and mom of two kids in college.
Backup pet sitting is also provided occasionally by adult
daughters, with the house/pet sitting provided on an occasional basis.
